Today was the all church Easter Egg Hunt/Picnic and what a great time it was! Last year Thomas pretty much sat still and played with the one egg near him, this year he was off and running. Last year we didn't know too many people and it was a great time to meet people. This year, it was an awesome time of fellowship and a heart of thanksgiving for all the great friends that have become like family to us. It left me feeling very blessed! I think Thomas just liked the candy! As I mentioned, he took off running as soon as they said go. He ran clear across the field past dozens of eggs. It was as if he had a spot all picked out and when he arrived there he was still very selective. I'm not sure what he decided made an egg right, but he seemed to have some sort of plan. Afterwards he had a great time eating lunch with Kona, his doggy buddy and then running around on the playground. Can't wait for next year!
