An Animal Parade

Pre-School is so much fun!!  Thomas' school did a little Halloween thing last Friday.  They had been studying the Rainforest, so they wrapped it all up with an animal party and parade.  It was so cute seeing what everyone came up with an the seeing the kids all dressed up.  Thomas got to be a snake!  Another free costume from Audra's neighbor.  He loved wearing the head thing around the house, but apparently it was too silly for school.  Check out the red-eyed tree frog in the background.  His costume was my favorite!  You should have seen his hands and feet!  Thomas' little friend A was a cute pink bird.  Complete with big pink feathery wings.  Loved it!

They had a tiger pinata all were able to hit a couple of times.  Back in class they had pumpkin stories, projects and cookies to decorate.  There was even a mom in the classroom to help with the carving.  I was able to stay and help for the morning and loved every minute!  It was so neat to see Thomas interact with the other kids, do his work with great focus and even been silly with his friends.
