Thomas discovered the joy of puddles last week! It finally stopped raining and we were both completely over being inside, so out we went. Thomas was ready, he had on his boots and some play clothes. He ran around the lawn, not so sure what to do, until he saw the "lake" at the edge of the lawn. No more wondering what to do, just straight to jumping. He splashed and then decided to get down on his knees (much to my dismay), but what fun he had. Then he came up with the idea to take a run down the "hill" into the puddle. Even more fun! Then it happend, face first, arms out & splat. He jumped right out, not so sure what to do. A big scream (he doesn't like to get his face wet), shook off, looked around, got up and went right back to playing! It was great. He even made up his own little song, "Water, water, Go! Go!" That had me laughing so hard, I had to get the camera! The neighbors even came over to watch as Thomas enjoyed the water. Thank you Lord for puddles and sunshine!
Here's a video of some of the fun:

That is soo cute! He does look older. My favorite is the puddle song, he's so excited to say "GO!"
