Christmas Celebration Has Begun!

I'm sitting here in the quiet of the house, when I should be curling my hair, but instead I sit here so excited that Christmas is coming. The celebration began last night with a small Reeder Family get together. It has been a tradition since before my birth for all the Reeder family to get together. We have never missed a year. Occasionally there has been a family missing or a cousin or two, but we'ver never not had it. We knew the time was coming as the family is growing (34 adults, 17 great-grandkids) that we wouldn't be able to do it and that time was this year. So, me not being able to part with anything, had the great joy of hosting my grandma and alice, my Aunt Mary Ellen & Uncle Allan, cousin Molly and Jeff and her son Timmy, and my parents over for dinner last night. They all braved the traffic and came from Milpitas, Fremont and Roseville. It was a wonderful time!! We laughed at the boys entertainment and shanagins and just had a great time being together. I'll get some pictures up soon! Thank you guys for making the drive, it was a great way to start the Christmas celebrating!!
