Our condo was a short walk, really it was just on the other side of the building in front of us, so we had to take advantage of it! I could have spent all day there!! We only had about an hour though... I made sure we made the most of it!!
Thomas loved it!! He loved running around, touching the water with his toes and showing off.
When he realized we were all hanging out in chairs, he headed off to get his own. I thought it was cute to watch him be a big boy and get his own. It was a challenge to him. He was smiling and I could see the determination in his face as he did it. The rest of the group felt sorry for him.

A trip to the beach isn't complete without someone getting buried. Thomas was totally up for this!!
Playing in the sand. Benjamin didn't mind the sand at first, but as soon as he could get in a chair he did and no longer wanted anything other than his hands to touch the sand. It was so funny!! He looked so uncomfortable, but he was so happy just pouring it hand to hand and dusting it off.
We thought he was finally getting uncomfortable, but no, he wanted right back to where he was.
Thomas went in a little more than this, but not much. Check out how empty it was. Tahoe mid week in September is awesome!!
Benjamin eventually made it down to the sand and the two went to town belly crawling across the sand.

Very fun!! Scott and I are headed to Tahoe this weekend, and I cannot wait! Gorgeous this time of year!!
