Look Where I Found Him

We were getting ready to head out the door the other day and Benjamin had escaped. I think I was helping Thomas with his shoes and had left Benjamin a few feet away happily playing with a toy. When we were ready to go, I went to grab him (don't worry he had just crawled off and I could still hear him) and he had gotten a little further than expected. He had managed to crawl down the hall to big brothers room and was exploring. The lights were off and everything, but he knew where the good stuff was!

Benjamin loves his big brother and can often be found in the middle of Thomas' room playing with whatever Big Brother will share with him. I love it! They explore together, laugh together and just enjoy being together. Benjamin will follow Thomas just about anywhere. It's precious. Thomas is learning that if he wants B to play with him, all he has to do is call him and walk where he wants him to go. B is usually all for it, especially when he realizes they are going to T's room.

I am having such fun watching these two boys explore and play together. Watching T become a great big brother and B explore the world through new eyes. I think he feels safer when T is around. Comfort of know someone is right there. I can't wait to continue to see how this relationship grows. Although things are moving quickly. B is such a fast crawler and T just doesn't stop!
