Last night was Week 2: Football of the Tiny Tots Olympics and it was just as much fun as the first. He was a little more into the whole idea of playing and learning, I was even more determined to make him have fun. Once I calmed down and realized he was 2 and this was for 2, we all had a great time. He did his stretches.
Loved throwing the ball at the target. Hated the idea of blocking/tackling (the coaches had padding and the kids were suppose to run into them and knock them over. Thought he would have loved this. Nope, he just cried!) Loved playing "flag tag." (until his flag was taken)
At the end they had them all come in for a cheer and then we went home.
When we got in the car we asked if he liked football, "YES!!"
