SoCal Here We Come

One week from today Thomas and I will be getting ready for a plane flight and some fun in the sun! He and I are going to visit some of my favorite people! The "Gammon Gals", as I call them. It's a family of 4 sisters that I have known since about pre school. Katie and I were roommates in college and I got to know her older sisters better during college as well. Three of the 4 sisters and the parents now live in Ohio and we've been out to see them a couple times, including for Katie's wedding. Megan, Katie and Mom G. are flying into see Erin and I'm joining in on the fun for 2 days! They've never met Thomas and we haven't met Erin's youngest. I can't wait for them to meet him and to watch the second generation of friends have some fun together. I'm selfishly excited to just be around this family. They are such a true example of a deep love for God and for family, that I always walk away encouraged and so blessed (and with plenty of fun stories and a time of sharing great and goofy memories!!)
